The Corporate Plan is a document that sets out the Council’s vision for the area and explains the actions that we are taking to make the area a better place to live work and visit. The Plan also demonstrates how we will manage resources as well as how they will be monitored to make our ambitions a reality.
The Plan is a set of the Council's highest level ambitions and more details of how these ambitions will be realised are in the action plans and strategies for each Council service.
The Corporate Plan also represents how the Council will deliver its part of the Local Strategic Partnership's Sustainable Community Strategy, which is a strategy for the wider network of partners including leading local public sector organisations.
