Roger Davis – Counter Services Officer nominated by five separate members of the public for his very helpful and professional approach. |  |
Janet German-Morris – Customer Services, Libraries and Information Systems Manager nominated by her manager for working tirelessly in the past year to implement the New People’s Network system. |  |
Jan Grubb – Customer Services Officer nominated by her manager for her approach to the public, her ability to connect with them, offer support and empathy when necessary and never showing prejudice or bias. |  |
| David Hoare – Senior Building Services Engineer nominated by one of our HR staff for his contribution to the work of the Council in a number of volunteer corporate roles, including Corporate Facilitator, Harassment and Bullying Mentor and Learning Coach. | |
Georgina Jackman – Overview & Scrutiny Project Officer (post held when nominated) nominated by the Education, Youth, Culture and Leisure Overview and Scrutiny Panel, for providing exceptional support to the panel in a wide ranging and complex review of the secondary education in Bath and North East Somerset. |  |
Felicity Kite – Customer Services Officer nominated for her dedication to customers and commitment to resolving their enquiries. |  |
Bridie Marshall – Area Youth Worker nominated by a member of staff at Bath & North East Somerset PCT for her hard work and enthusiasm that she has demonstrated for the young people and their families in Peasedown St John, particularly those who find accessing services difficult. |  |

| Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Group nominated by one of our Equalities staff for its role in helping the Council identify issues and creating a positive workplace culture across the whole of the Council. |  |

| Licensing Team nominated by the Licensing Committee in recognition of all the hard work they had put in and, the professional nature they had shown, during the transfer of the alcohol licensing regime from the magistrates courts to the Council. |  |
