Voicebox 9 was distributed to 1800 residents; 1078 of whom returned the survey, (a 59% response rate). The data was then weighted to more accurately reflect the demographic profile of Bath and North East Somerset.
It mainly carried questions on Action Line, Waste and Recycling, Parking, Transport and overall satisfaction with the authority.
If totals do not sum to 100% this is due to computer rounding, multiple coding, and exclusion of ‘don’t knows’ or non-response to the question.
The findings of the survey will be widely disseminated across the Council, and will help establish an extensive ‘bank’ of information about the views of the people, designed to ensure that we listen to ALL their voices.
