Monday marked the 10th Anniversary of the opening of Bath’s Thermae Spa and I began the week with an interview on BBC Radio Bristol discussing the economic benefits it has brought to Bath and North East Somerset. It was great to meet the sponsors of the Bath stage of this year’s Tour of Britain in a reception hosted by the Council Chairman, Alan Hale, on Monday. Work to create a new riverside park in Bath begun on Monday, and I was delighted to be able to attend the official ground-breaking ceremony in glorious sunshine.
