Under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (as amended), the company known as Glenavon Timber Treatment Ltd. whose address is Ashmead Road, Ashmead Industrial Park, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 1SX, has applied to Bath and North East Somerset Council for a permit to operate an installation for the Preservation of Wood Products with Chemicals with a production capacity of 75m3 or more per 24 hour period at the address above.
The Council (as the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005) is required to produce, at least every three years, a statement of the principles it proposes to apply when exercising its functions under the Act.
