Every year the Housing Enabling and Development Team will ask the people we work with what they think of the services we provide.  This is our second annual survey. If you have had any contact with the Housing Enabling and Development Team in the last 12 months please give us feedback.

Consultation Results

We carried out our first customer satisfaction survey in February 2016. 


47 organisations or individuals responded:

  • 14 responses from our housing association partners

  • 8 from neighbouring local authorities

  • 17 from colleagues within the Council. 


Respondents were either satisfied (11) or very satisfied (36) with the service overall.


One respondent was unsatisfied with other aspects of the service but did not explain what had been lacking or how we could improve. 


In 2017 we are hoping for a greater number of respondents and have made it compulsory to comment to help us understand more about what our customers think of the level of service we provide as a team.
