We need the support of local people as success very much relies on our community contacting us with information about what the issues are, and if possible who they consider to be responsible. All calls to our ASB Team are treated in confidence as we fully understand the difficulties that can occur within a community.
If you experience or see ASB then report it to us. When reporting, always remember that we need to know:
-
What did you see?
-
Where did you see it?
-
When did you see it?
-
Who did you see?
Gathering evidence is an essential part of dealing with anti-social behaviour and the best people to observe and record the incidents is you and other residents in your community. We will issue you with diary sheets to record any incidents you see. This is invaluable information we need to use enforcement powers to successfully stop the ASB.
There is a range of support available to anyone who comes forward to help us stamp out ASB.
Partners and Communities Together
PACT meetings are public meetings - open to everyone living or spending time in a neighbourhood. They are designed to be regular meetings where members of the public raise issues and vote on which issues should be priority. A panel of key partners and stakeholders will then be tasked to action these and report on progress to the next meeting.
Find out when your next PACT meeting is happening in your area.
