Choice Advice - Secondary Schools Admissions Support for Parents

Secondary Schools Admissions Support for Parents

Choice Advice is a service aimed at parents and carers who may have difficulty in selecting an appropriate Year 7 secondary school place for their children and/or completing the necessary forms.

Choice Advice will provide advice and assistance, delivered by an independent Choice Adviser, to help you select a secondary school that meets your children’s academic and developmental needs, is easy to travel to and is where your children will be happy and want to attend.

Parents of children entering into Year 6 this September 2011, who will be applying for a secondary school place for September 2012, will be eligible to access the service, if your needs meet the Choice Advice criteria.

If you feel you could benefit from this service, please contact Rowan Tanner on 0800 073 1214 or email Rowan_Tanner@bathnes.gov.uk.
