As part of its Local Development Framework the Council needs to prepare and submit to the Government Office for the South West (GOSW) an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR). The AMR sets out progress on the preparation of documents in the Council's Local Development Scheme, as well as assessment of the effectiveness of planning policies. The AMR requires Cabinet Member approval before it is submitted to the GOSW by 31st December 2008.
