Working together for Health and Wellbeing

The Health and Wellbeing partnership comprises NHS Bath and North East Somerset (NHS B&NES PCT) and Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES Council) working together in partnership

Drug and Alcohol treatment services in B&NES are for anyone experiencing problems with alcohol or any drug - including heroin, crack, cocaine, ketamine, legal highs, over the counter or prescription-only medicines, and for parents, families and carers of anybody with substance misuse problems.

There are three drug and alcohol treatment agencies commissioned by B&NES through the Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT).  For adults (aged over 18), these are Developing Health and Independence (DHI) and the Specialist Drug and Alcohol Service (SDAS).

Young people resident in the B&NES area who are experiencing problems with drugs or alcohol should contact Project 28
