From 5 June to 14 July the views of the local community will be sought on the draft Saltford Conservation Area Character Appraisal and accompanying management proposals, including three proposed changes to the conservation area boundary.
Why are we consulting?
The views received will inform the final version of the appraisal which will be used by the council to assist the development management of the conservation area and its setting.
What happens next:
From 5 June all the appraisal documents and a questionnaire for completion can be viewed on the council’s web site. These will include the draft appraisal study and management proposals, and the proposed boundary changes. Hard copies of the documents and questionnaire will be available at Saltford Library.
On Wednesday 7 June council officers will be present at a public ‘drop-in’ session at St Mary’s Church Hall in Saltford High Street from 12 noon to 8pm, where there will be panels displaying the key results of the appraisal.
