Reservoir Management

Who is Responsible?

The responsibility for maintaining a register of all large raised reservoirs within Bath and North East Somerset and ensuring owners comply with the requirements of the Reservoirs Act rests with the Environment Agency

The Council does not have any duties under the Reservoirs Act.
