A brand new Children's Centre has been opened in central
Bath.
The Walcot Children's Centre will provide a range of activities
for families including 'stay and play' toddler groups, a
childminding group and a toy library.
Families enjoyed looking around the new facilities at the
official opening last week (19 March), when the Chairman of Bath
& North East Somerset Council, Councillor Ian Dewey, the Mayor
of Bath, Councillor Sharon Ball, and Cabinet Member for Children's
Services, Counillor Chris Watt attended the celebration.
