The Public Health Development Officer works closely with partner agencies such as the Primary Care Trust (PCT), Avon Fire Brigade and other local agencies to develop and monitor strategies which will improve and promote the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities within Bath & North East Somerset.  Health Promotion activities will reflect national and local targets set out in strategic documents such as Choosing Health.
