Podiatry & Chiropody Care in North East Somerset Area List

 

PODIATRY SERVICE

 

 

Bath & North East Somerset PCT operate a central booking system for appointments.  Application forms for treatment at one of several places throughtout the area are available from your GP.  For Home visits, it is necessary to fill in the correct form which your GP will need to sign.  The podiatry service offered is free.

Dentists

 
Head of Community Dental Service (01179282262)

 

The Community Dental Service provides dental care for people who are unable to get dental treatment from a general dental practitioner (family dentist) because of special needs or disabilities. For example; housebound people, people with mobility problems, learning difficulties, dental phobias.

 

For advice on whether you can be accepted for treatment by the Community Dental Service, please ring the Community Dental Service office on 0117 928 2262 or your nearest clinic.

 

You can also ring NHS Direct on 08454647 for advice on local dental services.

 

The service is provided across Bristol, Bath and Weston, based in 12 different Health Centres and a clinic at the Dental Hospital. Referrals are welcome from professional colleagues, carers, relatives and self-referrers.
