and other issues and help to access these services

- To enable people to make informed decisions/choices about their
care and support
The standards of service you can expect from us:
- Staff will always identify themselves to you giving their name
and designation when you call. The staff member who first
deals with your call or enquiry will take individual responsibility
for ensuring, wherever reasonable and possible, that your
requirements are met.
- Staff will treat you with politeness and respect
- Your call or enquiry will be dealt promptly and efficiently by
staff
- All staff will be helpful and knowledgeable
- We will provide an accessible service where service users are
able to give feed back in terms of both compliments and
complaints
The Adult Care Duty Service is committed to improving
performance. To do this we need to measure our performance by
asking some of the people who use our service to complete a brief
exit interview. Service users do not have to cooperate with
this process although their assistance is appreciated. Any
information obtained will be treated in the strictest of
confidence.
