Guidelines for Application
The following pages provide further information on the courses
provided by the LSCB and how to apply for them.
To apply for a course you will need to fill out the application
form supplied, or photocopy it as necessary. Once completed with as
much detail as possible and signed by your line manager, please
forward to the nominated person in your agency who is
detailed below.
If a nominated person in your agency is not specified, please
forward your completed application to:
