The First Contact team are the first point of contact if
you need to talk to a someone about a child or young person, or
make a referral. First Contact helps any children aged
0-16 and their families in need or who are at risk of
harm. Our aim is to promote the safety of children, and to put
families in touch with services that can meet their needs and make
a positive difference in their lives. We offer advice to anybody
who may have concerns for their own children, or anybody else’s
children that they believe are having difficulties, or are at risk
of harm.
