Your recycling, refuse and composting collections operate as normal for all Bank Holidays except the Christmas/New Year period. Please see details below for the revised collections for each of these services.  Please note that collection arrangements vary for service to service.

Green Box Recycling Collection

Please note that the green box recycling collection operates as normal on 1st January

Cardboard and Garden Waste Collection

Throughout January you can put real Christmas trees out for free as part of this collection (please remove all decorations first).

You can also put cardboard and brown paper out for free as part of this collections throughout the year (please note that we cannot take any plastic including bags and we cannot take drinks cartons)

Recycling Centres

Please note that the Recycling Centres are open on all Bank Holidays except for the Christmas/New Year period.  Please see below for opening times.

Weekday opening times: 8am - 4.15pm

Weekend and Bank Holiday opening times: 8am - 3.45pm

Closed: 25th, 26th December and 1st January
