Note: Applications received July 2005
onwards will have associated digital copies of plans that
can be viewed. Certain supplementary documentation submitted
with a planning application will not be available to view on the
internet if it is deemed to be particularly sensitive information
(e.g. a rare bat survey, report on nesting sites of rare birds). In
rare circumstances such as this, full access to such documents will
be made available at the Planning Services offices.
The above link opens a new browser window. The
information that is available comes direct from the Local Authority
computer records. The Planning Application database is best
viewed using Internet Explorer version 5.5 and upwards. Certain
parts of the site may not function correctly in other browsers. The
addresses in our database are from the Local Land
& Property Gazetteer which conforms to British
Standard BS7666 and may differ from your postal address. (Note: It
is the responsibility of the owner to inform the council's
street naming and numbering officer Lyn Parfitt on 01225 394427
about any change to the address of a
property).

planning application, please include your name and address
(including postcode). Please note your comments will be
viewable on our website as forming part of the available
application documentation.
You can also view current planning applications across Bath
& North East Somerset using the Council's Maps Online service, a
large amount of information is available at your fingertips.
Alternatively, current applications can be viewed at Planning
Reception, Trimbridge House, Trim Street, Bath BA1 2DP. Office
hours are 8:30am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30am-4:30pm on
Fridays.
