Downloadable Forms
We encourage you to submit your application online through the
Planning Portal (external link) to help speed
up the process, however you will still be able to submit your
application on paper if you wish. Downloadable PDF versions of
the paper forms are available from the Downloadable
Forms link below.
We encourage developers/applicants to seek
pre-application advice with officers to identify
any potential issues prior to formal submission and check
our
Standard details required for applications web page.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have checked the
Validation Checklists before submitting your application. If
you do not send all the required information we need, your
application will be deemed invalid.
- When you select this link you will be taken to the Planning
Portal website where you can either get help choosing the correct
form(s) or select the form(s) yourself. These can be printed off
and completed in writing.
- If you select to get help choosing the correct downloadable
form, questions will guide you in identifying the type of
application form you need.
- In addition to the form, you will find Help Text on completing
the form, and Guidance Notes on making applications.
- NOTE: If you know the type of form you require and
select Yes, please complete both boxes -putting Neither,
repeating your first choice, or select another applicable
application type if required in the second box (e.g. Full
Planning and Listed Building Consent).
NOTE:
1) When printing these forms
- select page scaling option "fit to printer
margins" to obtain forms at the highest quality.
2) Information provided on the application form and
accompanying drawings and documents will be made available on the
internet.
3) Ownership Certificate 'Notices'
- you can access Notice 1 and 2 (if applicable) on the
Planning Portal. Hardcopies can also be
obtained by phoning the Planning Registration Team on 01225
394174.
4) For major applications
submitted online - please complete the form online
and post/deliver a minimum of 4 sets of all the application
documentation to Planning Services. In addition, copies of the
application documentation should be supplied on CD disc to enable
electronic processing. Individual files must not exceed 5Mb
in size when submitting documents on CD. The application will be
registered when these requirements are fulfilled.
