Trimbridge House Planning Reception - Bath

In order to allow planning officers to concentrate on dealing with planning applications and pre-application proposals that have been submitted in writing, it has been decided that duty planning and historic building officers will only be available to meet customers and agents without an appointment in the Planning reception at Trimbridge House from 8.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday. It is anticipated that this will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the planning service and will help us to improve customer service levels in general. The duty rota system is intended to provide general information to customers and agents rather than detailed planning advice and officers will therefore spend a maximum of 15 minutes with each person. Should customers require more detailed advice they should submit details in writing in accordance with the Council’s pre-application protocol or arrange for an appointment with an officer.
