The following charges apply to the listed services:
- Requests for planning site history:
- Site Histories - First Hour (requested by agents, solicitors,
valuers etc.) - £50
- Site Histories - per hour thereafter (requested by
agents, solicitors, valuers etc.) - £25
- Copies of documentation - Photocopying 10p per A4, 20p per
A3
- Copy of a Decision Notice £15, and £5 each for any other
Decision Notices on the same property
- Pre-application – through Development Team (major developments)
– 10% of planning application fee
- Written response to planning enquiries (Planning Permission
Enquiry Form and letters) - £25
The authority is unable to continue to cover the
costs of these discretionary services without making the revised
charge to the customer. The charges will be reviewed
annually.
