Amend paragraph 4.37 as follows:

Fourth sentence after “Odd Down” insert “together with St Martin’s Garden Primary School”; after “land for” insert “mixed”; after “development” delete “for”; and insert “including”. 

Add to end of para 4.37 “If such an allocation is made, detailed consideration should be given by the Council, in consultation with the Primary School and the local community, as to the replacement and other facilities which should be provided as part of a mixed development.”   

Amend Recommendation R4.2 as follows:

Delete “Hayesfield School” and insert “Land currently occupied by St Martin’s Garden Primary School and Hayesfield School playing fields at Odd Down as part of a mixed development.”

Amend Recommendation R4.4 as follows:

Delete “Hayesfield School” and insert “as part of a mixed use development at land currently occupied by St Martin’s Garden Primary School and Hayesfield School playing fields at Odd Down”
