Bath City-Wide Character Appraisal

Supplementary Planning Document Adoption Statement

This statement has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 19 (a) of The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 and gives notice that Bath City Wide Character Appraisal was formally adopted on 31 August 2005.

Any person who feels aggrieved by the decision of the Council to adopt the Bath City Wide Character Appraisal as a Supplementary Planning Document may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for a judicial review of the decision to adopt the appraisal.

Any challenge must be made on the grounds that the document has not been prepared in accordance with Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 or alternatively that a requirement of the Act or associated Regulations have not been complied with.

Any such application must be made no later than 3 months after the date of adoption specified above.
