Do I need planning permission?

From 1st October 2009:  Changes to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 came into force which allows Local Planning Authorities to consider Non-material amendments to permitted planning applications.  This needs to be done by means of a formal application. Because of this these applications need to go through the validation process to ensure the Council has all the necessary documentation in order to determine them. Downloadable forms and guidance notes can be found listed  here.

From 1st April 2009:   Adoption of Local List/1st April 2009: The list of local requirements for the validation of planning applications has been approved. The list will be operational with effect from 1st April 2009.
