Ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services we
provide.

We will ensure that all our service providers are polite and
courteous at all times.

Respond to reported service problems within 24 hours, complaints
within 5 working days and reply to letters within 15 working
days.

Ensure all parks reach the specified service standards on a
monthly basis for general maintenance and visitor experience.

Ensure all playgrounds reach the specified service standards on
a weekly basis for general safety and maintenance.

Ensure all trees are safe by completing required annual number
of inspections in tree programme.

Host a range of excellent outdoor events each year.
