The Council reserves the right to introduce such additional documents as may be relevant to the Public Inquiry in respect of the Order and will endeavour to notify the Public Inquiry and any statutory third parties of any such documents as soon as possible prior to the opening of the Public Inquiry.  Any such documents will be made available for inspection upon reasonable request at the Council's offices as soon as possible.
