TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
CGNU Life Assurance Limited (CGNU) is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Aviva plc. CGNU's investment property of which the Southgate
Centre and adjoining properties form part (the Southgate
Properties) are managed by Morley Fund Management Limited (Morley)
itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva plc. Christopher Paterson
as Fund Manager within Morley with responsibility for the Southgate
Properties has authority to speak on behalf of CGNU on all matters
relating to the Southgate Properties.
