How to Raise and Get Answers to Your Questions
Contacting the Project Team Direct
The Project Team can be contacted by
telephone during office hours on 01225 477200. Office hours are
8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 4:30pm on
Fridays.

If the situation is not life threatening
you can contact the Project Team on the above number during office
hours, outside these hours you can call 01225 477477.
The Information Centre - 199 Bradford Road, Combe Down
The Information Centre is open on Mondays
from 1pm – 5pm and on
Wednesdays from 3pm – 5pm.
A member of the Project Team is on hand
to answer general queries and on Wednesdays from 3pm – 5pm
An appointment can be made to speak to an
engineer between 5:00pm and 7:00pm on any Wednesdays evening.
Please call the project team (01225 477200), allowing 24 hours
notice.
If your question cannot be answered
immediately it will be recorded on the Issues Pad. Contact details
and details of your query will be noted as will an agreed date and
method of response i.e. phone call, letter.
You will be given a copy of this record
which has a reference number, should you need to contact the
Project Team regarding your query.
The Project Team will endeavour to find
out the information needed to answer your query and respond to you
within the agreed time.
Combe Down Stone Mines Community Association Public
Meetings
The Association holds public meetings on
the fourth Thursday of every other month commencing
at 7:30pm, at the Holy Trinity Church, Church Road.
Agendas are published in the Information Centre window.
All residents of Combe Down and Association members are welcome to
attend the meetings. These meetings are attended by an
engineer from Scott Wilson who gives a summary of progress and by
members of the Project Team. The meetings provide an opportunity to
raise any questions you may have about the project.
Newsletters
Newsletters are sent out to households periodically covering
recent developments and news about the project. The Newsletters are
also available in the Information Centre.
