Ensue our clients are satisfied with the service we provide

Ensure that each of our service staff is polite and courteous at all times

Respond to any reported service problem within 24 hours

Respond to complaints within 5 working days

Make a full and satisfactory response to letters within 15 working days

Seek the views of clients by conducting periodic major surveys, supported by ongoing customer liaison surveys, to facilitate discussion for continued service improvement

Clean to standards agreed in consultation with our clients and monitor on an ongoing basis to a minimum of every 8 weeks

Ensure, by annual review, that cleaning materials and equipment used are the most effective and environmentally - friendly available
