satisfaction rating, 100% of service problems, complaints and
letters are responded to within timescales.
Annual Survey distributed to
all customer in April / May 2008. Results and Action Plan
published May 2008. 289 Iterative Surveys sent throughout
the year to May 2008, confirming 100% overall
satisfaction.
100% of customers express
satisfaction with standards, with 1,016 checks undertaken in the
last year, equating to 10 per site. A 25% increase in
performance monitoring since 2006.
With supply contract renewal
from 1 June 2008 and with continuous market testing of cleaning
materials and equipment, the range we use is the most
environmentally sensitive to suit your
requirements.
