Who we are
We are the Community Learning Team. Our role is to bring
together residents, community based organisations and learning
providers to improve community and family learning
opportunities. We are part of Bath & North East Somerset
Council and are funded by the Learning and Skills Council.
What we do
We work with residents, voluntary organisations, community
groups and schools to plan new learning opportunities. We want you
to tell us what activities you want to see in your area, at what
time, in what place and with what kind of support. We can help you
to work out your goals and then, with local providers, find the
learning that best meets your needs.
Who we work with
We work in communities that have benefited least from education
resources in the past. We are particularly interested in people who
feel let down by the ‘education system’ either at school or as an
adult.
