Performance Standards from Customer Satisfaction Surveys April
2007 - March 2008:-
The Catering Service Will:
- Ensure that our customers are satisfied with the
service we provide (Target 90%)
87% of customers were
satisfied with the service provided.
- Ensure that all service providers are polite and
courteous at all times (Target 100%)
100% of
customers agree that their enquiry was dealt with in a polite and
courteous manner.
- Respond to any reported service problems within 24
hours (Target 95%), complaints within 5 working days (Target 95%),
and send a full reply to a letter within 15 working days
(Target 95%).
88.9% of reported service problems
dealt with, within 24 hours.
94.4% of complaints dealt with, within timescale.
- Seek the views of customers by conducting at least one
major survey annually and others on a ongoing basis, to facilitate
continuous service improvement (Target 90%)
100% of
customers have been surveyed annually.
- Provide on request meals for special diets (Target
90%)
74% of customers expressed satisfaction and met
their requirements.
- Carry out three times per annum food hygiene checks
that meet the requirements of 1995 Food Hygiene
Regulations
125% of hygiene checks carried
out.
