Agendas

Agendas contain the letter explaining when and where the meeting was held, the decisions made at the previous meeting (known as the minutes) and the list of items to be discussed together with the reports relating to those items.   If you need more information then please contact the Committee Administrator for the meeting - their details are included on the agenda.  Agendas are normally available on the website 5 working days before the date of the meeting. For further information please contact Democratic Services, telephone 01225394435.
