Customer Services

Email & phone enquiries

The Council Connect contact centre deal with telephone, text and email enquiries.  All the contact details are available below:

The contact centre are open:

  • Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri: 8am - 6pm
  • Wednesdays: 9.30am - 6pm
  • Sat & Sun: closed

Out of office hours there are various pre-recorded messages and email options available for you to access more information.

If you prefer to speak to someone in person, then you can visit our Council Connect Offices listed below.

  • Trimbridge House in Bath.
  • The Hollies in Midsomer Norton
  • Riverside in Keynsham (customer services moved from Keynsham Town Hall on Mon 30th July 2007)
