What services do you provide for businesses to get rid of their
waste?
Bath & North East Somerset Council provide the following
options for businesses wishing to dispose of their waste:
- Wheeled bin collection
- Sack collection
- Disposal at a Transfer Station
How often do you collect?
Most collections are weekly, but the collection frequency
can be arranged on a case by case basis. Daily collections can be
arranged for an extra charge. If you need to arrange an extra

What are the costs for disposing of my business waste?

What do I do if I need a replacement bin?
If your bin is damaged, please contact Council Connect on 01225
39 40 41 or email councilconnect@bathnes.gov.uk
who will arrange for you to have a replacement bin. As the
bins are leased from the Council, there is no charge for replacing
them.
What happens if my bin needs cleaning?
We do not offer a cleansing service so if your bin needs
cleaning, you will have to arrange this yourself.
How can I recycle my business waste?
Bath & North East Somerset Council provide recycling
collections for paper, confidential waste and
cardboard. For more information, please contact Council

ECT Commercial also provide recycling services for business
waste. For more information, please contact them on 0117 982 3825
or look under 'recycling' or 'waste disposal' in your local
telephone directory for alternative collection companies.
