LOCATION
Bath is a City of international standing and is famous for its
history, culture and architecture which includes the renowned Roman
Baths and Georgian Buildings. The City has a resident population of

the western side of Broad Street.
Each property is Grade II listed, with numbers 7 and 7a being of
specifi c historic importance. Part of the property was originally
built in 1594, but was later rebuilt in 1640 making it potentially
one of the oldest recorded properties in Bath, predating “Sally
Lunns House” by 40 years. The properties are a fascinating

Bath’s principal Post Offi ce for many years with the fi rst Penny
Black stamp being sent from here a few days before the official
