Big Issue Sellers

If you have a query or wish to make a complaint about Big Issue sellers please contact the Big Issue Office on 01225 337050 or visit their web-site www.bigissue.com

Busking

If you wish to busk in Bath, a licence is not required but there is a Code of Practice that should be followed.  This can be viewed by clicking here.

Performing groups wishing to collect money for charity and advertise the fact will require a licence.  This can be obtained by contacting the Licensing Team on 01225 477531.  Information is also available by clicking here.

To make a complaint about noise generated by buskers, contact the Environmental Protection Team on 01225 477563.

Charity/Street Collections

Commercial Property

The Council's Economic Development Service holds information on vacant commercial premises across Bath & North East Somerset.  The Council also owns some commercial premises, managed by Property Services.  The availability of this can be seen on line.  For further information on both services and to search for Council owned premises, click here.

Community Wardens

The Community Warden Scheme operates in central Bath in the Abbey and Kingsmead wards, acting as a link between the police, other council officers and the community to help to tackle issues such as vandalism, graffiti and street cleanliness.  They are available from 8am - 8pm and can be contacted on 01225 395158.  For further information, click here.

Events
