Pitch 27 - Terrace Walk

Written applications are invited for a street trading pitch situated at Terrace Walk, Bath.  This pitch has been used in the past for the sale of tour bus tickets and no stall or table was used.  The Council will only consider similar types of trading at this location.  Applications involving the use of a stall or table will not be considered.

Applications should be in the form of a letter (no application form required), and include:

• details of the goods you wish to sell
• number of trading days per week
• trading hours per day
• sketch or photograph of intended stall
• any other supporting information

Applications received without the above information may not be considered.

Please note preference will be given to applicants who wish to trade at least six days a week.

The pitch size is 6ft x 4ft maximum.

Successful applicants will be expected to maintain their furniture (i.e. tables, trestles etc) in a clean and tidy condition at all times, and any awnings must be in green and white stripes as shown in the photograph on the main street trading page.

Due to the large amount of applications received, it will not be possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.

Please note, fees for a City Centre Street Trading pitch equate to approximately £1,400 per quarter (based on a six-days per week consent).
