What is a Mobile Street Artist?
A mobile street artist is defined as a person who
sketches/paints and only sells his/her own work, who has no fixed
location, but with local authority consent moves from location to

Fees
The fee for a consent is £28 for one day or £160 for a
calendar month.
An identification badge issued by Bath & North East Somerset
Council must be worn in a conspicuous position on the upper body at
all times whilst trading. Badges cost £10 each plus a
£10 refundable deposit.
