4  Types of Licence

4.1  This policy will be taken into account by the Licensing Authority when carrying out its licensing functions under the Act and in relation to:

Premises Licences;
Club Premises Certificates;
Personal Licences;

and when considering notifications made in respect of:

Temporary Event Notices.
