How to apply for funding

If your group/organisation received funding in 2008/2009 from Bath & North East Somerset Council, you do not need to request an application pack, as one will be sent to you. The application for funding 2009-2010 will be available from 30th July 2008.

If you were unsuccessful in 2008/2009, or have not applied before, application packs are available from the Contact Officers or electronic copies from the relevant forms below:

Application packs contain application forms, together with guidance notes on how to complete the forms and other useful information. Assistance with completing application forms can be obtained by contacting the specified Contact Officer.

You may need to contact different officers for different projects. A separate application form must be completed for each separate project.

Funding Timetable & Key Dates


From 30th July 2008: Funding application packs will be available from this date from the contact officers listed.	17th September 2008 (4 pm): Deadline for return of applications. Late applications will not be considered.
18th September – 29th October 2008: Your application for funding will be assessed during this period and your organisation may be contacted for further information. You will be given an indication of the approximate level of funding your organisation will receive by early November 2008.	By 17th December 2008: Heads of Service will have made decisions on funding awards and you will be notified of the final decision on your application.
