Where possible we would prefer providers to submit the workbook
electronically through spocc.net. If any provider requires
training or information in this area please contact the Information
& Finance officer on 01225 477138. Or by e-mail supporting_peopleteam@bathnes.gov.uk.
PI Workbooks
All providers should now be using the SPPI 2004(a) workbook for
your quarterly returns. The only exceptions to this are
Community Alarm Services and Home Improvement
Agencies.
A separate workbook is available for Community Alarm Services
and HIAs. These workbooks together with associated guidence
can be downloaded from the KWeb.
